What can I not say about Larrie? Awesome drummer, underated by most because he was a nashville studio musician, but played on rock stuff too. Played on Steve Perrys first solo cd, also on Journeys Raised On Radio cd. Many country discs from Vince Gill to Reba.
His big record was playing with Adrian Belew on the Twang Bar King disc..........larrie also did that tour with Adrian and smoked. There is a video (VERY hard to find) that Larrie did as a sudo drum intruction video. His son Sean was suposed to have rereleased it but as of today it still has not reseen the light of day.

He had that market cornered for so
long. I can't imagine that he's gone.

Sadly he died a short time after Jeff did. Was doing a drum clinic and fell backward off the drum throne. I think it was said to be have ben heart related.

Thx 4 the welcome back... i was actually out OTR doing a coupla gigs [helps payin da bills, ya know] -

...i had realized that i had missed a couple of majors, so i was logging on to add in edit to my last post; & lo & behold, you guys beat me to the punch [img]wink.gif[/img] ; esp. Randy with Larrie - big oversight on my part, not mentioning him w/ the others...
...& altho Moonie is not my cup of tea, there is NO denying his place in the annals of "rock drumming" history... & i dug the Who just like most everyone else who did AW....
